In combination with the CHR. BOCK & SOHN developed dosing systems DKD or VKD, the SAB 3000 achieves an excellent weight accuracy even with very soft products. In this combination the SAB 3000 is therefore perfectly suited for the butter industry.
Our plants are equipped with the latest touch screen technology and a touch screen optimized control system. This allows an easy and intuitive operation of all recipes and production parameters. With the in-house developed ,Beluga Clean Line‘ design in combination with the ,Mood-line’ status function, a maximum efficiency is always granted.

The SAB 3000 is the perfect machine for packing blocks of larger scale. This block packaging machine is optimized in design and function to meet the highest standards of packaging quality and process reliability.
The infeed of the product is realized in a hygienically closed system by one of our dosing units. A long inlet cone and heated extruding mouthpiece ensure gentle product infeed and accurate shape. The product cutter guarantees an extreme smooth cut during idle product flow with absolute shape accuracy. The ,U’-shaped wrapping of the blocks followed by side folding through folding units complete the packaging procedure on the highest level of quality.
